Kiva C. Dale, E.A.

Kiva C. Dale is the founder and principal of KCDale & Associates LLC℠ and brings extensive accounting, tax, audit and financial-management experience to her work with nonprofit organizations.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Kiva began her journey as an INROADS intern, sponsored by Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region in Pasadena, California. Through this three-year internship, she was introduced to the full range of opportunities available in audit and finance.

Prior to her senior year in college, Kiva accepted an Audit Internship with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Metro Washington, D.C. office. A proud graduate of Howard University, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the School of Business, then joined the Audit Business Advisory Services Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's Los Angeles office — where she specialized in nonprofit and government auditing and financial statement preparation.

Kiva also holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and is a candidate for certification as a Public Accountant by the state of California.

She maintains membership in a number of professional organizations including the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, Iota Rho Chapter, and the California Tax Education Council.

Kiva has one daughter, enjoys traveling and is committed to serving the needs of the community. She is a proud, dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Inglewood Alumnae Chapter.
